Ghost Hunts

HISTORY

Pen-y-Lan Hall was built in the late 1600s by Samson Lloyd, one of the founders of the British bank Lloyds Bank.

It was later extended by different owners, only for these additions to me demolished in the 1950s.

In 1995, the building was granted Grade II listing.

HAUNTINGS

Pen-y-Lan Hall has been described as being one of Britain’s most haunted buildings, with both the house and the grounds reporting paranormal activity.

Sounds of music, footsteps and children’s voices have been captured on a digital voice recorder during a ghost hunt. These sounds have also been heard real time, as well as disembodied screams and a mysterious baby crying.

Full bodied apparitions and dark shadows are often sighted in the dark corridors. Will you be one of the visitors who report feeling grabbed by unseen hands? Ready to investigate?
